Projektszám: 2025-1-HU01-KA122-VET-000329003
During the Erasmus+ professional mobility in Greece, teachers of the Law Enforcement and Sports Coaching programs participated in a series of professional visits and job-shadowing activities focusing on vocational education, training methods and the exchange of good practices. At the M.E.P.E. Platon School, participants gained insight into the structure of the Greek education system, the operation of a private educational institution and the importance of creating a supportive learning environment. The mobility also included visits to local enterprises, where teachers observed production processes, workplace organization and the practical application of modern technologies, providing useful examples that can be incorporated into vocational education.
The program offered valuable opportunities for professional development, enabling participants to compare educational approaches and training methods used in different European contexts. Sports coaching teachers explored outdoor training and endurance-development techniques in the Olympus region, while the entire group gained a broader understanding of how practical learning experiences can support student engagement and skill development. A visit to Meteora provided additional insight into Greek cultural heritage, contributing to a deeper understanding of the social and cultural context in which education and training take place. The knowledge and experience gained during the mobility will be shared within the school community and integrated into future teaching practice.
